With 30 years of experience, the ARYES Group is a family group that has been able to evolve at the pace of its acquisitions.

1991
Founded in 1991 in Grenoble by Jacques Carsantier and Gilles Vieilly, Abcia (now Aryes) invests in various sectors. Joined in 1996 by Rodolphe Tarnaud and Pascal Burigana, the company focuses on housing equipment, business services and plastic injection, giving priority to long-term support to its subsidiaries.
1992 marks the entry of Fiderim into the group, a specialist in temporary work in the Antilles.

In 1993 the group was joined by Somagic, the French leader in charcoal barbecues and a reference in terms of innovation in the open air and on the flame (wood fire or gas).
The same year, Alize Logistique joined Aryes. The company specializes in the logistics of expensive and fragile products as well as supplies with high daily variations. It relies on its own fleet as well as that of its partners.

CNTT joined the group in 1996. The company has specialized in the design, manufacture and marketing of plastic items for the agricultural, wine, industrial and gardening markets since 1973.
Since 1999, Aryes has included among its subsidiaries La Compagnie de Diffusion Meubles (CDM) under the brands Salons Center (8 stores) and Glamour Sofa (1 store). Specializing in sofas, the points of sale are located in major shopping centers and offer quality products from the best European manufacturers.

In 2002, the arrival of 2 pillars of design and innovation strengthened the group: Stamp and Olfa.
Stamp, creator of the famous Tam-tam and a pioneer in resin furniture since 1948, continues to be recognized for its excellence in design. Olfa, an expert in toilet seat solutions, stands out for its products adapted to all needs, thanks to its unique expertise in reticulated wood® and its commitment to innovation.
In 2004, Gelco Design, a bathroom expert since 1984, recognized for its innovation and its collaboration with major brands, joined the group. Specializing in the creation of accessories, small furniture, and shower solutions, Gelco Design stands out for its ability to design the bathroom of tomorrow.

In 2006, Aryes strengthened with the arrival of NMBP, a family company founded in 1959 in Dijon, specialized in the transformation of plastics by injection and bi-injection. Leader in Europe in grease cartridge packaging and plastic capping, NMBP combines innovation and technical expertise in the development of packaging solutions.
In 2008, the group expanded with the arrival of AG Plast, established for more than 10 years in Plastics Valley, a center of excellence in French plastics processing. AG Plast is recognized for its expertise in the plastic injection of large products, the management of recycled plastic materials and the complete management of projects from co-design to the end of product life.

In response to the 2008-2009 crisis, Abcia shareholders founded Phoenix, a vehicle specialized in the recovery of companies in difficulty. In five years, Phoenix took over a dozen companies, guaranteeing their growth and profitability using the same methods as Abcia.
In 2010, REP International, the world leader in the design and manufacture of rubber injection presses, joined Aryes. REP is now established on five continents through its German, American, American, Italian, Brazilian, Chinese, Russian and Indian subsidiaries.

2010 also marks the arrival of FILEUROPE within the group. The company offers complete solutions - study, innovation, design and production - in terms of storage and mixing for the wine, champagne and Méthodes Champenoises market.
Finally, the same year, Pierron - Asco & Celda joined Aryes. The company now includes two brands that together constitute a major player in equipment: Pierron Education, focused on secondary education, and Asco & Celda, focused on primary education.

In 2013, Aryes was joined by Saphyr, a specialist in the design and installation of removable partitions and suspended ceilings, and CMP, an expert in wine equipment, which has since become a subsidiary of FILEUROPE.
In 2014, Abcia and Phoenix are merged into a single structure, called Aryes.

In 2015, Garden Max joined the group. The company has been recognized for over 30 years as a leader in the gas barbecue and griddle market with its Cook'in Garden brand.
ALLSTORE, founded in 2012 and became a leader in the online sale of garden furniture via its Happy Garden platform and sites like Amazon and Ebay. Recognized for the quality of its services, ALLSTORE offers more than 500 references, responding to current market trends.

Bath Bazaar is the specialist in high-end bathroom accessories. The company offers a wide range of quality products and timeless designs, available in stores and online.

In 2018, Maison Le Marquier joined Aryes. The company has been the French leader in plancha since 1971, recognized for its quality products certified Origine France Garantie and its exclusive partnership with Traeger, the world leader in pellet barbecue.

In May 2018, H2L, a temporary employment company with 6 agencies in Annecy, Chambéry and Albertville, joined the group and quickly adopted the FIDERIM brand. H2L was founded in 2004, first in Annecy, before expanding in Savoy. Its founder remained a partner and took over the management of the entire FIDERIM group.
In 2019, Keolease, the French number one in medium-term vehicle rental for businesses, joined the group. With an offer without a long-term contractual commitment and a fleet of more than 1500 vehicles, Keolease meets customer needs with responsiveness and quality.

In April 2021, FIDERIM joined the temporary employment company CONFLUENT, with 6 agencies in the Lyon metropolitan area, thus continuing its network in the Auvergne Rhône Alpes region. In May, H3L, a temporary employment agency based in Cluses, joined the group.
In 2022, RPM, founded in 2003 and located in the province of Brescia, Italy, joined Aryes. RPM, specialized in the design and manufacture of horizontal rubber injection presses, enriches REP International's offer.
