Since its creation in 1988, FIDERIM has established itself as the leader in temporary work and recruitment in French departments in America (Martinique, Guadeloupe, Guyana). As a subsidiary of the ARYES group, FIDERIM relies on an extensive network of agencies to play a key role in the regional socio-economic sector. The first French temporary employment company certified ISO 9001 version 2000, FIDERIM has been able to build the trust of its customers thanks to a sustained commitment to quality.

The company also diversified its services by creating CS-FORMATIONS in 2013, offering specialized training in security, sales force, and management. In 2015, FIDERIM obtained the qualification of ETTI (Entreprise de Travail Temporaire d'Insertion) in French Guiana, promoting access to significant projects and leading to the creation of the subsidiary CS'INSER. In 2018, FIDERIM expanded its activity in mainland France, thus strengthening its presence with the acquisition of five agencies in the Rhône-Alpes region.
