ACADEMIC CAREER
Patrice is a graduate of École Polytechnique and the EMLyon Business Development Center. These studies provided him with a solid foundation in engineering and business management.
Experiences
Patrice started his career as an R&D engineer at IRSID before joining TREFILUNION, a subsidiary of USINOR-SACILOR, in 1983, where he held various operational management positions. In 1989, he became managing director of a subsidiary of SP METAL S.A. In 1991, he joined the ABCIA Group, where he effectively led the recovery of several subsidiaries in difficulty and contributed to the development of the PHOENIX Group. Patrice is also recognized for his skills in business management and human resources, and his experience as a labour court judge enriches his expertise in the management of complex situations.
