A new success has enriched the track record of Cerenn, the subsidiary specialized in removable partitions from Aryes. In collaboration with the architectural firm BUILDERS & PARTNERS and the general contractor CESAM, Cerenn's teams carried out a remarkable renovation project called Windows, located in Saint-Denis.
Windows represents one of the flagship projects of 2023 for Cerenn, highlighting their constant commitment to creating workspaces that are both functional, aesthetic and acoustically efficient. On a total area of 5700 square meters spread over 3 levels, Cerenn installed 600 square meters of solid removable partitions and 700 square meters of removable glass partitions, all from the ULTEEM collection.
The ULTEEM collection is recognized for its exceptional acoustic performance, offering up to 44 decibels of sound insulation in a full version, reinforced by 500 linear meters of Soundstop sound barrier. These metal partitions have been designed to meet the concentration and confidentiality needs of employees, while offering innovative combinations and an elegant adaptation to their environment.
A notable point of this project is the ability of the partitions to adapt to the rounded shape of the building, thus transforming an architectural constraint into an opportunity for creativity in the layout of spaces. In addition, particular attention was paid to the comfort of employees and to the ergonomics of the spaces thanks to the installation of writing walls on 100 square meters.
In their glass configuration, ULTEEM partitions ensure high quality acoustic insulation while promoting luminosity and transparency, thus creating an optimal working environment.
