In receivership, the designer of false ceilings PMG joins Augagneur, a subsidiary of Saphyr.
A recognized player in the construction and public works sector for more than 25 years, PMG is specialized in the supply, installation and maintenance of suspended ceilings, partitions and raised floors.
The company has installed more than 7,000,000 m² of ceilings since its creation, including among other achievements the Crillon Hotel, La Canopée, the Aren'Ice international ice rink in Cergy, the Longchamps Racecourse, Longchamps Racecourse, Roland Garros, Roland Garros or the headquarters of Veolia or Eiffage.
Augagneur, a subsidiary of the Saphyr group and a major player in the design and installation of ceilings in France for more than 30 years, takes over the activities of PMG as part of a sale plan and is renamed Augagneur — Pmg on this occasion.
